Shipping policy

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 NZ-wide, or Free for orders over $75

We ship orders daily, business days (Mon-Friday). Shipment is with NZ Post. If there are any delays we will notify you via email.

You will receive a shipping email the day your package is picked up by our courier.

Shipments are trackable - see your order shipment email.

Delivery Timelines

South Island deliveries typically arrive in 1 business day.

North Island deliveries are 1-3 working days.

Rural deliveries can take a further day or two.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within a week of receiving your shipment tracking information, please contact us here. (This is very rare with NZ Post, but occasionally there are irregularities).

If your order is damaged or lost in transit we will generally send you a replacement at no charge.

As all of our products are consumables we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

International Orders

We only ship within New Zealand at present.
